Payment Terms We prefer that all attendees are paid in advance of the workshop. Our online booking system, through Eventbrite, will allow for attendees to register and pay via credit card.
We gladly accept school/organization purchase orders. Attendees wishing to pay via purchase order must email the purchase order to [email protected] with the attendee's name(s), title(s) and email address(es) in addition to the date and event title.
Payments on the day of the event must be by check made payable to the Brain Exchange on a school issued check. Cash payments, personal checks and credit cards are not accepted at the event.
All invoices will be delivered to the attendee by our accounting software via email from Intuit (our accounting software). This is a manual process that may take up to 24 hours from the time of registration.
Substitution
Attendees may always substitute another person in their place. You may email [email protected] with the substitute attendee's information prior to the event.
This will allow Brain Exchange to update the pre-printed materials (name tags, certificates of attendance, etc.). If this is not possible, not a problem...we send extra blank copies ahead of time to the workshop presenters.
Refunds
Refund requests will be honored up to 7 calendar days prior to the event. Refunds will not be granted after such time due to the per person expenditures that are planned into each event (catering, printing, travel, etc).
All refund requests must be completed through the confirmation sent via Eventbrite or by email at [email protected].
Non-Attendance will be billed at full price if the registration is not cancelled within the allotted cancelation time.
